Personal Reiki Sessions with Pamela are by appointment. The sessions are normally scheduled for 60 minutes. Prior to beginning the Reiki treatment, a pre-consultation is done. This is a time to discuss what you as the receiver would like to focus on and extend positive healing energy to during the treatment.

During an actual Personal Reiki treatment, the room is dimly lit and candles are burning. Sacred herbs are used to cleanse the space and promote spiritual healing. Soft, soothing music plays in the background while the receiver lays fully clothed on a massage table, covered with a warm cozy blanket. The receiver is guided to take several deep cleansing breaths and the eyes are closed to help induce a deeper state of relaxation. The receiver is fully aware and during the course of the treatment will feel hand placements either on, or slightly above different areas of the body.

Some receivers feel a warm or cool sensation, while others may also feel an overwhelming sense of deep relaxation and security during the treatment.

Following the Personal Reiki Session, a post-consultation is also done to share information about the treatment and experience.

Reiki is truly, a very loving and spiritual healing experience. The energy of Reiki is always received in the highest good. It flows to the recipient and is concentrated on areas that are most in need on the physical, mental, emotional or spiritual level of the body.
